Last Updated: October 2026
I. Introduction
Sas Global ("we," "us," or "our") values your trust and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, process, store, and safeguard your information in strict compliance with applicable Indian data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
As a Data Fiduciary, we ensure that your personal data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently, solely for the purpose of facilitating global travel arrangements.
II. Information We Collect
To provide bespoke travel services and operational ground handling, we collect the following categories of personal data, strictly based on your explicit consent:
- Identity Data: Full legal names, dates of birth, gender, and nationality.
- Travel & Compliance Documentation: Passport copies, visa details, and mandatory government identifiers (such as PAN cards) required for international ticketing, visa processing, and RBI’s Liberalised Remittance Scheme (LRS) compliance.
- Contact Data: Email addresses, mobile numbers, postal addresses, and agency company information.
- Financial Data: Payment details and billing information. All online transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant, and encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your full credit/debit card numbers on our servers.
III. Purpose of Data Processing
We collect and use your personal information strictly for the following verifiable purposes:
- Service Fulfillment: To finalize bookings with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and local European destination partners.
- Immigration & Visas: To secure necessary international travel visas, permits, and border-crossing documentation.
- Client Support: To provide personalized concierge support, emergency assistance, and dietary/special requirement arrangements during the journey.
- Communication: To send relevant booking confirmations, itinerary updates, and mandatory travel alerts.
IV. Data Sharing and Cross-Border Transfers
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
Due to the nature of international travel, it is necessary to transfer your data outside of India to successfully execute your bookings. We only share essential information with verified third-party partners (e.g., European hotels, airlines, local tour operators, and consulates). These cross-border transfers are conducted securely and only to entities necessary for the fulfilment of your travel contract.
V. Data Security and Retention
We implement industry-standard "Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures" (RSPP), including SSL encryption and role-based access controls, to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as mandated by Indian legal, tax, and accounting regulatory requirements, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.
VI. Your Rights as a Data Principal
Under the DPDP Act, 2023, you (and your clients) possess the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right to Access: You may request a summary of the personal data we hold about you and the identities of third parties with whom it has been shared.
- Right to Correction & Erasure: You can request the correction of inaccurate data or the deletion of your data once the travel purpose is fulfilled, subject to legal retention mandates.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw your consent for data processing at any time, though this may impact our ability to fulfill pending travel arrangements.
- Right to Nominate: You may nominate another individual to exercise these rights in the event of your death or incapacity.
You may exercise these rights at any time through your User Dashboard or by contacting us directly.
