Visa Requirements for Switzerland
For Indian passport holders. Confirm the current rules with the consulate before applying.
Visa Requirement
As a Schengen Area member, Switzerland is covered by the same Schengen short-stay (Type C) visa used across all member states, despite not being an EU member itself. However, Indian passport holders must apply for a Schengen Visa before travelling. If Switzerland is the main destination or first point of entry on a multi-country trip, the application should be submitted through Switzerland's consulate or an authorised visa centre.
